Service Description
Have a knowledgeable advocate by your side during your child’s IEP meeting. I attend with you to provide real-time support, help you understand discussions, and ensure your concerns and goals are clearly communicated. I assist with asking the right questions, clarifying language, and helping you stay focused and confident throughout the meeting. My goal is to make sure you feel supported, prepared, and empowered to advocate for the services and supports your child needs. Virtual attendance is available nationwide, with in-person support offered throughout Sonoma County.
Cancellation Policy
To provide consistent, high-quality support for all families, the following booking policies apply: Scheduling & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with proper notice. Session Timing Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Preparation For services involving document review or meeting prep, all relevant materials must be submitted at least 24–48 hours in advance to allow for thorough review. Communication Between Sessions Support is provided during scheduled sessions unless otherwise outlined in your package. Additional communication or support may require booking another service. Scope of Services Services are educational and advocacy-based. I am not a lawyer and do not provide legal advice or representation, but I do offer guidance, information, and support to help you navigate the process.
